How to delete your Urban Structure OS account

1. What account deletion does

This permanently deletes your Urban Structure OS account. It cannot be undone.

2. What personal information is deleted

• Your sign-in account and your user profile are deleted, and you lose access to every project.
• Invitations that were only waiting on you, or that you sent and were never accepted, are removed.
• Your name and email are removed from your project memberships, which stay in the project history as “Deleted user”.

3. What project/business information may remain

• Projects are not deleted. They belong to everyone who works on them, not to one individual account.
• Shared project and business records – expenses, procurement, labor, progress records, progress photos, daily reports and client updates – are kept. They may still show the name you used at the time, so the project history stays understandable.
• Some diagnostic information may remain with our service providers, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Why some shared project records remain

These records document work performed on a shared project for every member of that project's team, not only for you – they are project history, not personal data belonging exclusively to one account. Deleting your account removes your own personal identity and access; it does not delete records that other project participants rely on.

5. How to complete the deletion process

You can also delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). This page is for people who no longer have the app installed. It works for accounts that sign in with an email address and password. To delete your account here, sign in below, confirm your password again, and type DELETE.
